401(k) with company match

Following two (2) months of employment with Air2O, employees are eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) plan, administered by ADP. Air2O will match up to 3.5% of your contributions.

Critical Wellness Insurance (covered by the company)

Guardian Critical Illness benefits help with additional costs not covered by insurance, related to covered illnesses such as cancer, heart attack, stroke, and Parkinson's Disease, etc. Unlike health insurance coverage, in the event a covered person experiences a serious illness, a predetermined lump sum amount up to $5,000 is paid directly to the you. Covered persons are also eligible to receive $100 wellness benefit each calendar year. With this policy, employee coverage is 100% paid for by Air2O, and dependent coverage can be purchased for a nominal amount.

Paid Holidays

We recognizes the following paid holidays. In the event one of the following company recognized holidays should fall on a Saturday or Sunday, the holiday will be observed on the previous or following business day. - New Year's Day - Memorial Day Independence Day - Labor Day - Thanksgiving Day - Day after Thanksgiving - Christmas Day - Day after Christmas

Paid Time Off

Regular, full-time employees are eligible for 15 days (120 hours) of vacation in their first year, accrued with each pay period.

HVAC Technician

Job Summary

The Building Maintenance Tech operates, monitors, and maintains utilities, including HVAC systems, water treatment, and process equipment. They troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components, internal requirements, and safety policies. They manage a spare parts inventory and suggest tool purchases for improved efficiency.

Must haves:

-Must be able to service units with an 18” to 24 “ door access opening

-Need to obtain US Passport

-EPA certified
